Pros

Good snacks and coffee in the office

Cons

Toxic workplace. Quarterly layoffs happen and are treated like an ongoing joke, from day one managers are talking and laughing about layoffs. Hired on the promise of only 3 days in office per week which was changed to 4 immediately after I was hired, completely lied to me about this expectation during the interview.
