Pros

They end up paying decent enough.

Cons

Depends on the team you get to be a part of, hopefully it’s a good one and if not then there will be signs like early logins and late log outs, that way you will know and in that case please run, please do not consider anyone to be a good co-worker rather a friend besides few, every feedback will eventually backfire and be used later to harm you in one way or another.
