Great place to start your career but pretty hectic

Pros

Team dependent but there are a lot of great managers. Fantastic work-life balance depending on the team (not CS). In-office barista is great. Discounted ClassPass is a fun benefit

Cons

The company is going through very turbulent times. It fully restructured internally 3 times while I was there. There are constant hirings and firings and overall confidence in the company is incredibly low. Why perform if your team might not exist next week? Also, pay is well below the industry standard.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and maternity leave.

Cons

Very unserious job with a boys club for leadership. They don’t reward top performers, they reward their best friends. After leaving GLG you’ll finally realize the negative opinion that the industry has of GLG.
