Pros

awesome place to learn and grow, developing your professional presence. Managers can be a mixed bag, but there are some that are truly exceptional and I would not be where I am currently at with out them.

Cons

Incredibly repetitive and becoming more and metricized. Must perform to team goals and understand what you are doing and how to course correct if not achieving quota.

Pros

Hungry environment, fast growing company, company promotes every 1-2 years. You’ll get managerial responsibility early on. At the time, I think 25% of the company had someone they were managing.

Cons

Because of the favorable promotion environment, you may be reporting to someone that is only a few years older (or sometimes younger). Fast growing culture creates a competitive environment, particularly in the New York office.

People are motivated and intelligent and are willing to allow for flexible work and remote work and the style of work is also highly independent

Cons

High turnover due to lack of promotion and management support, unclear career trajectory after role many go to business school
