People are Nice, Work Life Balance Does Not Exist

Pros

Great environment for meeting like-minded individuals, pretty straightforward criteria in terms of Quotas / hitting bonuses, Hybrid, decent training in a new hire class

Cons

Working overtime is essential in order to meet quotas / work-life balance does not exist, was once told that I must "check my email every 45 minutes outside of working hours" to respond to client emails, unlimited PTO isn't great because it's difficult to meet quotas (which are based off historical numbers, of other prior employees who worked tons of over-time)
