- Great entry level job! Professional training, solid salary w/out a specific degree, great team environment - Learn time management, presentation skills, pitching product, etc.

Cons

- Burnt out is real here - even with the company restructure, its a grind - Mainly soft skills; after your mastered the role - you really need to think about moving into a different department or finding another company to work for
