Best job I've ever had, hands down
Pros
I started with GMF as an intern many years ago, and applied when a full-time position became available. The culture and people are what makes this company so great. I look forward to coming to work each day because I can see the direct impact my work is doing, and get to work with genuine, compassionate and empathetic people. My team has flexible hours and a hybrid work arrangement. I would prefer completely remote, but two days per week in office isn't bad. I love my manager and team. Our company's efforts on internal mobility and DE&I are fantastic. I love coming to work and seeing a diverse and talented group of individuals working together. I have a great work-life balance and really enjoy the paid time off to volunteer.
