      Dead-end career! This company puts on a great front, to make you think you have opportunities for growth and development. The truth is, you are stuck! You have to apply multiple times to move up in any direction. You also need to play their game of politics and its complete malarkey. If you need a job I'd work here, but if you are looking for a career don't waste your time and effort. You need to value yourself more and look elsewhere.

      The culture at the Branch level differs from the Company's stated "mission ". Favoritism and cronyism prevails over merit. Higher level Management out of touch with the challenges that employees face. Overly reliant on KPI reports.
