Mangement bottleneck and lack of decision making PM 's do not own PM process, business does Always in FIRE mode Long work hours with no repreive (encourged to work even if you are taking a sick day or vacation) Leadership lacks respect for employess , formal educations and professional certifications PM's spends needless hours updating fields in Project system and excel , instead of manging projects. Most of the data is manually inputs into 3 areas: Project application, excel sheets and emails. PM are responsible for delivery but has no power to make decisions All project reporting is communicted by mangement that rarely has knowledge of the true status of the projects. Very little room for advancement unless you have been with the company for several years. Training is designed for inexperienced personnal - usually soft skills - No techinical training. Lack of diversity in leadership and mangament
