Pros

- There are a lot of great people here, easy to work with, laid back - Have had a lot a flexibility in scheduling (deciding when you want to be in office if at all), but this is changing to more mandatory days in office - Visibility with management and cross department team members - Good 401K matching

Cons

- Low pay compared to industry standard - Tendency to act before thinking through effective execution plan - Small company that was bought by GM and has been struggling to keep up with the GM processes, brand, and traffic - Chaotic - there are constantly changes happening and then changes to those changes in small amount of time which causes burnout - Not so great medical

Pros

Good benefits and relatively easy job roles and duties if you can ignore the idiocy and don't plan on going into an officer level role ever.

Cons

Company specifically has a key performance indicator describing their requirement to hire a growth of 3% female (globally) and 2% people of color (nationally) by a certain year for officer level roles. This means that they will ignore the best person for the job in order to find people that fit this criteria so that they can ensure their goal is met. This is equality of outcome and is a failed ideology that should be avoided at all costs. If you work here, be prepared for bad leadership as they are hiring their leaders based off of what you look like, not what you know and can do.
