There's no room for advancement unless you're on their "BFF" list. The working environment is everything but hormonious. There's no sense of loyalty nor any positive reinforcements from the superior. There is not any commitment to mentoring & developing one's skillset. GM Financial possesses a very TOXIC culture that doesn't foster career development & growth. They are clueless how to effectively manage from the HR department down to ALL the operational management.
