      Hard to move up in company without moving, top performers are treated differently, lots of women in management but still a boys club, is a hybrid work environment but management is trying to get workers back in office full time, no cost of living increases

      Pros

      The company offers good compensation, even though some benefits such as healthcare and dental services are not the best. Most people I worked with were very nice and supportive.

      Cons

      Although there are good intentions to build a workplace of inclusivity "where everyone belongs and is empowered to thrive and discover", the reality is quite different. The same issues that plague any other workplace I've been to are still the norm: siloed departments, incompetent bosses full of bias, and a culture where disagreeing with the way things are done and trying to propose new, innovative ways of working will result in pushback from both leaders and team members.
