Pros

There are some good people in the organization. But they are few and far between.

Cons

The SVB leadership is very corporate and unemotional. They talk about culture being important, but the culture is very bad.

Pros

If you know the right people and have the right acronyms in your resume, the pay and treatment can be good.

Cons

The new (2 yrs.) management change has taken this company from a great place to work into a “what have you done for me lately” environment where you need to watch your back. Management tries to use Agile techniques, but often changes the requirements as results are delivered. The interaction between technology and business groups is strained, and attempt to fix are often impeded by new tech management (perhaps concerned about a lack of inclusion). Perhaps worst of all, the new management sentiment of showing legacy employees “what good looks like” has caused a slow and costly process of reviews that is not (small ‘a’) agile. A company that had annually exceeded its goals is still doing so with the new management, but the work environment has changed for the worse. One needs to ask executive leadership, “to what end?”

Pros

Besides there being a Cafe on site at the Chandler location, cant think of any. Good pizza! Lol

Cons

Mangers lack training & empathy. Very much operates like a typical larger call center. Calls are non stop. Quality doesn't matter that much as the call topics are very meaningless. ( late car payments, billing inquiries). Hard to move up. The starting pay was very low for the amount of work in each day that has to get done. The culture is let's brush off the work because someone else will have to deal with it. Was able to get out of customer service but it came at a cost. Eventually moved on to better things.
