Managers demand outrageous call volumes, even when the queue is at capacity. Zero time in-between calls to process necessary information into the account. Middle management is the worst I've encountered, and only sit at their desk online shopping and gossiping all day instead of assisting team members who need help on a call. Treated like a child, not an adult. Company doesn't know half their own policies and expects false information to be relayed to the customers.
