      Good work atmosphere, management is good, and vacation time

      Cons

      Long hours of sitting at desk and being micromanaged. Constant change and hard to move up within company unless you are willing to relocate.

      laid back, certain team leaders are good to work with, company events to get time off the phone, some bonuses, give you all resources you need for the job, open to conversations, AVP and VP always walking around

      Cons

      low bonuses with more people being hired, favoritism, not enough coaching, short and fast training, they say they will accommodate your schedule but end up not. no raises, not changing certain things on the lease side which causes stress to employees and customers. always saying they are going to make changes and have not seen any.
