      If you naturally enjoy underwriting then you will be okay.Fun relationships with dealers

      Cons

      No room for growth, diminishing bonuses, promotions are for "friends" of management only and not for performance. Constantly changing goals. disparages in treatment of others.

      Pros

      If you want to goof around and have fun while a select few people work hard, this is the company for you. If you want to watch those who are in the "in crowd" get promoted while those with the KSAs to perform the job get passed up, then gm financial is the company for you.

      Cons

      not many minorities promoted; a lot of promotions are based on relatives working there and friendships instead of knowledge, skills, and abilities; basically, the "in crowd" gets away with anything
