      Quarterly bonuses, people other than management.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, favoritism and VERY strict attendance policies with no warnings. NO growth, they have a system called career pathing, you basically need to watch videos and be in so many meetings to be eligible for a promotion, any moving within is "Collateral" so they don't up your pay. Also, they will rotate you OUT of that position in less than 12 months. I can have 10 years experience, my Masters BUT I never did career pathing so I'm not eligible for any type of promotions.
