Really good folks for the most part. Depends somewhat on which program you are working on. There are plenty of opps if you get on the right program and are willing to move.

Cons

Milwaukee. Salaries run on the low end. Talent is lost because of this.

Pros

There are some great people in that company. Good salary food benefits. Casual atmosphere with corporate edge

Cons

Lack of on the job training, lack of new employees orientation made things difficult. My supervisor was a a bully, use of inappropriate language and somewhat sexist made it uncomfortable. Account teams appear to be clueless and drama driven. Were not willing to work with you. They would blame other departments their shortcomings.

Pros

- not too stuffy. - at times, it felt like I had freedom but that was mostly because those times were when I was working in a satellite office on programs no one cares about. - some programs were fun to work on.

Cons

- not a lot of opportunities to advance. - the HQ is in New Berlin, Wisconsin which doesn't make any sense to anyone. Good luck trying to explain that to a client. They have many offices in major cities around the world but some of them are literally two people working from home. - salary sucks because it's based on the cost of living in New Berlin, Wisconsin. - at times you are stuck on programs that were doomed from the start based on unrealistic promises from the folks selling in the idea.
