      Pros

      Great benefits, good pay, great atmosphere, great work/life balance. People will actually listen when you have an idea, you just have to speak up. Very relaxed environment, work hard-play hard rings true here. Exciting projects/clients. Happy hours, summer outings, bring your dog to work days, culture committee, charity events---all great things!

      Cons

      Some teams don't have a clear career path. I think teams are open to improving that, they just need to act on it.

Senior leadership oftens hears that more communication is better and have taken strides to make it happen this year more than ever.
