The knowledge you attain, and the business model you learn is rivaled by non. Great way to learn how business works.

Cons

The pay is not good at all. You can have the best "results" in the world but unless you have your RSD in your pocket, they won't do anything to help you move up. They also have you do all the foot work for the company and not receive ample pay. I could work at a fast food restaurant for the same pay.

Great discount, a ton of product, supplement and overall health knowledge available to those who want it, and can be a fun job if working with the right people.

Cons

Constant stressing about performance, unrealistic expectations and a certain feeling of disconnect from management on the corporate scale can lead to serious employee disatisfaction over time
