Company location was great. Company located in midtown close to all types of transportation.

Cons

Don’t explain how the trainee program really works. Not upfront when exam is not passed at the time of the interview. Training class need better instructors. Ad was totally different when applied. Said have exam passed w/in 6 months but was terminated w/in 3 months.

- Fantastic benefits 401K match, incredible insurance, FSA/Commuter benefits, Student loan pay down program, pension, great PTO (even for starting employees) - Great management Management wants you to succeed and doesn't treat you like a number. Open door policy and they work with you. - Good location NYC office is 2 blocks from Herald Square - easy walk to subway and PATH, as well as several bus routes - Good work/life balance Management is understanding and lets you take your days off, work extra if you need to, and generally helps you to succeed without work consuming your life - Great environment Great company culture! Coworkers are friendly, helpful, and team-oriented

Cons

This company far exceeds my previous experience in the insurance industry - so none.
