I am new to the company, but so far so good! Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Employees seem valued and appreciated. The company appears organized and efficiently run. Goals are transparent and realistic. A true underwriting company at the top of its class. The branch manager incentives reaching goals and is communicative and very involved. Great working environment with great people. Benefits include student loan contributions, 410k, pension and decent a PTO package .

To soon to tell. None apparent yet, as time presses on, I’m sure something will come to me.

**$100/monthly towards your student loans** NO PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS Company Paid Life Insurance Pension Plan but company vesting doesn't start until you've worked 5 years 1st. Clean Office PTO carries over everyone is welcoming and is open to advice management has an open-door policy Happy Hours (that I don't get invited to)

"Communal" Cubicles Office Temperature either too warm or just right lol unstructured training (learn as you go) slight pessimism throughout office Not a very lively/social environment
