Pros

Technology is good for high handicappers

Cons

Pay is not favorable to how many lessons are taught and how much you are pushed to sell. Moving to a store management position requires you to take a massive pay cut until your location hits metrics. Becomes a head hunt in sale months. Management tries to incentivize working longer hours to put more money in pocket. Most locations don’t have newest computers, projectors. Services are insanely discounted before sale months, most of the practice memberships are being given away for free

Pros

lot of learning, great technology, flexibility, work and manage your own book, no micromanage

Cons

it is more of a sales position and not a coach position as you have to build your own books from leads. you are not only coach but sales, admin assistant, club fitter handling bunch of things. low base pay, too many strings attached in compensation bonus, commissions, quarterly , yearly etc no one explains how this gets distributed among all coaches on a monthly basis. coaches has to compete with each other to fill their books. one weekend day to work.
