From the leadership on down and throughout the company, the mindset is all about helping each other and helping the company be the best it can be. I feel like I have the freedom to define my role, to learn as I go, and that I have an impact on the growth and success of the company. The company schedules regular company wide fun events.

Cons

I really like my job, so sometimes I find myself working later than I should.

On my first day the VP of Technology took the time to give us a presentation of they layout of our department, and my favorite part was that he stated: we do not want to loose you as employees, so if you do not like your position please let us know and we will make sure we find something that you like. This was the green light that I was going to like my workplace. They really value their employees, this are some of the perks that I value the most: - Communication with direct supervisor is extremely good. - Feel safe when giving feedback. - Work from home. - Flexible Time off. - A lot of team engagement. - The IT department is extremely resourceful

I've worked a lot of jobs and the main reason I've left most of those jobs was because of upper management and micromanagement. This company and this role has been nothing like any other role I've had. I know my manager is looking out for my best interest and my team is always willing and able to help. I have never felt micromanaged ever! I am super excited to be apart of this company and cant wait to see what the future holds for Golftec and Skytrak.

None, I have honestly nothing to say as a con!
