Pros

The culture at GOLFTEC is very positive! The culture is one that has a lot of support across the company. It is nice to have open and honest communication from the Leadership at the company. They also value a great work/life balance.

Cons

Not exactly a "con" but since the retention is very low at Headquarters, it took me a little while to find an open position that matched my background - it was definitely worth the wait!

One on one golf lessons. Scheduled breaks. A wealth of training available. Training is encourage and paid. Will reimburse PGA dues and member assistance. Highly discounted golf, and gear.

Cons

Sales focused. Income is predominantly commission based. Scheduling can conflict with sales opportunities and income progression.
