Pros

Work environment is very pleasant and management is very reachable and helpful. If you wanna travel, this is probably the best company to be a part of.

Cons

They barely have any non-travel position. and the travel position are 100% travel. even though they are willing to fly you back every weekend, all expenses paid, it still keeps you away from family during the week.

Pros

GP offers amazing opportunities to work with companies in every industry. You're constantly stretched to learn new things and develop your skill set. There's always something new coming along... Likely the strongest talent pool in the nation for the training industry.

Cons

Structure of accounts doesn't give much time for professional development and GP doesn't offer a lot of training opportunities - "just swim." Fast paced environment isn't a fit for everyone. Tends to be just behind the curve rather than leading the industry.
