Cons

Would like a higher salary for talking on additional responsibilities. Could offer a smart phone plan to employees who work remotely.

Extremely nice people, good environment, and typically bring you home Thursday evening (most consulting orgs are Sunday through Friday) so better than most on work-life balance. Compensation fair, but lower than most consulting organizations. Focus heavy on utilization and labor markup...

Cons

Seems like sales struggles. Not nearly aggressive enough at transforming to a consulting practice. Needs to hire agressive sales folks that know how to sell professional consulting services. Most of work in learning and development and seems to struggle with direction. Purchased by GP in April of 11 and this has changed to a more tactical direction.
