Sucks to work for these jerks

Pros

Only reason to work here is if you can't find anything else.

Cons

TIGHT, TIGHT, TIGHT on labor budget- expect salaried managers to do everything for not much pay. Upsales programs force employees to upsale to every customer, every time and the employees can be fired if their percentage of upsales is too low. Little to no uniformity and communication- a DM will tell you one thing, while an RM will tell you another, and yet company expects something even different. Overall, a TERRIBLE company to work for (working at Wal-Mart will seem like a spa compared to these guys). Don't do it unless there is no other options.

Pros

The company treats hourly employees well. They are growing and are heading in a good direction. It is constantly changing with the biggest changes still to come.

Cons

They maintain very tight Labor standards while removing the management out of the managers job. Low pay and potentially long hours for salaried managers.
