      Pros

      I've had a fulfilling journey at GRAIL so far. The work we're doing is genuinely meaningful and I'm constantly motivated by our shared goal of detecting cancer early. The projects are challenging yet rewarding and have allowed me to grow professionally. Additionally, the collaborative work environment fosters innovation. I'm fortunate to work alongside brilliant and dedicated colleagues who are always willing to lend their support. GRAIL's focus on healthcare also provides unique learning opportunities.

      Cons

      As with any high-growth company, there can be long hours and the workload can be intense at times. Rapid changes can also lead to communication gaps. However, management has been responsive to feedback and is taking steps to address these issues.

      Great Product- Blind Leading the Blind in leadership

      Blood test that detects >50 cancera

      Cons

      Lots of people who were hired because they were friends or knew someone. A ton of leadership is in the wrong positions. Some don’t even know the basics about their own job and laws etc. everyone gets paid the same regardless of location of where you live…

      Great colleagues, but dysfunctional environment

      Great colleagues and great problems. Lots of freedom to choose what to work on.

      Cons

      A dysfunctional environment with internal politicking. Many decisions were made poorly because of this, bridges were burned, and people quit.
