great mission, great product. majority of the people are amazing to work with; competitive compensation

Cons

no room for career growth; they hire a lot of "yes" people in middle-upper management who don't understand the work; C-suite is like a fraternity - not diverse; all of the good employees are gone; excellent performers get overlooked and leave the company
