Grail is one of the most collaborative and inclusive team environments I've ever had the opportunity to work in. People are treated with respect, and leadership is humble, transparent, and accessible. "GRAILers" have opportunities to make a notable impact, take on projects and grow with the organization. The organization has several ERGs and is focused on meaningful DEI relationships in service to diversifying the workforce. My family has been greatly impacted by cancer, and GRAIL's multi-cancer early detection products will allow people to find cancer early, when it can be cured. How cool is that to be part of something so impactful on people's lives!

Cons

While hyper-growth and transitioning from R&D to commercialization are exciting, we sometimes find we cannot keep up with the demands of that growth. It's an area of opportunity.

The mission is important, technology impressive, and people are friendly.

Cons

Lack of transparency across organization, no 401K, lacking benefits, median pay, acquisition upset-leadership is making millions while the people who got them to this point are getting close to nothing, job insecurity with the acquisition, employees work hard and are not treated equally, limited diversity.
