Great mission and funding. Theoretically the right team to execute.

Cons

This company brings out the worst in people: backstabbing, drama, gossip, and narcissistic cliques. Very few people actually care about the mission and prefer playing politics to getting work done. Will be interesting to see how low standards of ethics translate to the quality of test they are able to offer to the market. If you treat employees so poorly, will you really care about patients?
