looked like a tight knit group very hard working people i didn't fully get what the culture embodied, but always did bday cake and celebration for employees which was great

sometimes too cliquey lack of communication stalled projects

The people here are top notch. They are always seeking solutions and working hard for our clients to bring about success for each and every effort. People here care. For our clients, for our agency and for each other overall. What a wonderful group of talented and diverse individuals that have come together to form such a positive atmosphere that you definitely would want to hang your hat at. The senior management and really decent people throughout the whole agency as well cares about everyone - and the CEO is awesome and wants everyone to succeed.

Pros

Good to get your foot in the door in advertising, but stepping stone only.. Relaxed, friendly, open office environment. Friendly staff.

Cons

Staff is led by authority instead of by example. Leadership lacks passion for what they do which is obvious to all people who work here. The product of this is an uninspired, unmotivated, and disinterested staff that only does what they need to do to get by and lack of teamwork.
