They great benefit of working here is the balance of experience and the energy of those that wish to learn. If you ever wanted to embrace cultures of the world this is the place to be. The family environment the partners have created also celebrates the traditions of all who work here. The youth and cultural experiences of those you work with translates to new and innovative ways of approaching client business and the responsibilities placed upon you.

Cons

With youth and the entrepreneurial spirit comes hard work but hard work here is also rewarded whether through end of year bonus or 3 weeks vacation in the first year...

I have been working at Gravity for some time now. This place it like a family to me. I made very good friends here and learned a lot about the industry. The partners are young and ambitious, they motivate others to strive for greatness. You can take classes that help you strengthen your professional skills and the costs are reimbursed by the agency. Every year we have a company trip to a tropical country which helps bust the morale and integrity.

Cons

Like any other ad agency, it can get busy and stressful from time to time, especially during the campaign launch. However, you can take a day or two off if you were working on the weekend.

Pros

The experience. You will undoubtedly get a ton of experience I'm not sure you could get elsewhere. The people are all great too, but sadly, everyone ends up bonding over how much they hate working there.

Cons

Horrible work/life balance. If anyone leaves before 8:00pm, you can feel the judgment that person is getting for leaving 'early'. Also, people are looked at negatively for stepping out for lunch on a daily basis since most seamless their lunch more often than not. And not that being friends with all of your coworkers is a bad thing, but you only end up being such close friends with each other because you never have time to be with other people, even outside of work hours.
