Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits are nice. PTO amount is similar to European countries. Pay is average compared to other nonprofits. Very casual workplace, but almost too casual. Great mission and the organization as a whole is doing meaningful work.
Cons
Be aware that each regional office is different and the culture is dependent on who is leading that office. The leadership where I worked was toxic and liked to point fingers more than solve problems or support their team. Lower-level employees were not respected and their feedback was not valued. I did not feel supported by my manager or the leadership.
