      Pros

      The company is in 5 states and is growing. There are advancement opportunities in each state, but also if you are willing to relocate. There have been increases each year and the benefits are good. Everybody I have come in to contact with seems to care about the employees.

      Cons

      Lots of policies and changes but that seems to be the industry.

      Pros

      I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. They are my family when I’m away from my family. Everyday is different and there’s always something new to learn and explore. My experience has been positive and appreciate the opportunities afforded to me in my 23 years with the company.

      Cons

      That there aren’t more hours in the day to get everything accomplished that I would like to get accomplished!
