      Pros

      I finally feel like I work for a company that has my back. At my previous company, if someone threatened to go to corporate on you, no matter if you were following policy or not, they would never have your back. That is not the case with GSC. Here I feel 100% supported by my team and management. We are just that, a team working together to get the job done. I don't feel like just another number here, I matter and it feels really great.

      Cons

      A few hostile residents from day to day, but I try to see that as a way to learn. Working weekends can be tiring, but that comes with the industry.

      Pros

      Fast paced and working with good customers at times. The feeling of helping someone find a place to live when they really are in need.

      Cons

      Management changes constantly. Company acts as if they are selling a home, but once someone is moved in they do not care about their opinion. Have to deal with a lot of angry residents because of the safety and quality of the communities. Incredible horrible training, you are just thrown into the fire.
