-Management listens, understands, coaches, and supports -Pet insurance -Offers leadership training throughout the year -Pay is great -Employee Loan Assistance Program

Cons

-PTO accrual (a flat rate is given per year instead of accruing per pay period) -Only 3.08 hours of vacation are accrued per pay period -No paid birthday
