Pros

-Flexible and understanding regarding doctor's visits, kid dropoffs, etc. -Phone reimbursement -Some management is super helpful -Nice, new facility for headquarters location in Germantown

Cons

-Majority of upper management has clear disconnect with employees -Expenses budget tightly held, they ALWAYS book you in a hotel with a coworker, however inappropriate -Very little room for growth -Pay raises don't reflect performance, good or bad -Management has very little knowledge of product lines, so cannot help when a problem occurs

Many of our merit increases exceed industry average if employees are meeting and exceeding expectations. Pros

Small company where you're not just another number to them and your contributions can really shine when they decide to recognize you.

Cons

Owner puts his millennial son in charge of sales reps that have much more experience and skills. From my viewpoint this is not good for the sales department and I see the daily issues it causes.

High integrity and ethics, focused on really satisfying the customer and providing solutions through cutting edge technology, a place where everyone can make a difference

Cons

Due to company growth, we are running out of space, making it hard to find conference rooms for meetings. Excited about the new building move.
