      Pros

      This is a good company to get your foot in the door of your preferred industry (civil, environmental, geotechnical, etc).

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of room for advancement, so there's a lot of entry level employees rotating in and out.

      Good pay, learning opportunities, and you get to see cool places and learn the infrastructure of the Chicago Area.

      Cons

      Low accountability for underperformers. You don`t get to chose what you work on. Environmental is expected to perform IH tasks.
