      Lost it's way

      Pros

      The benefits are good. Open office space. Good employees on the most part. Good location. Chance for global relocation (whether you want it or not).

      Cons

      Company has lost its direction, and is no longer an innovator, except in cost cutting and reorganization. Senior Management's job appears to be managing-up to the next level of management in order to position themselves for the next reorganization. Recent leadership change in R&D more likely to lead to even more of the same.

      Pros

      -There is a lot to learn, you are always busy. - products are always changing so you get a lot of exposure and experience very quickly -very good benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401k, pension plan

      Cons

      - management has skewed priorities, none of which are the employees - compensation is roughly 20% less than competitors in the area - attempts to improve existing systems creates more issues - site has been purging talent so most operators are inexperienced, a lot of valuable time spent holding hands - expectations for BMAs ever changing and vague - openly regard employees as replaceable, disposable - growth and developement opportunities are often promised and rarely delivered

      Good pay but the company is going nowhere

      Pros

      Good pay, good benifits and reasonable work life balance. If you don't want to go anywhere in your career and just get a pay check then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Layoffs, company is not growing, internal politics and unnecessary internal processes prevents competitiveness. Working there is demoralizing. Middle management is the worst.
