Pros
Benefits, Growth Opportunites (jobs within consumer and Pharma BUs, if relocateable, tons of internal and online continuous learning curricula)
Cons
Long history of hiring from within so when external management candidates hired, internal employees could be resistant (at least in field). Low morale primarily due to the PATIENT FIRST sales compensation and performance measurement program - created a type of internal sabotage/resistance. Witnessed hostile and dysfunctional work environments (within field sales) as a result. Ongoing charges of executive bribery charges (I.e. China) make their touted values fairly meaningless statements.
