Pros

Benefits, good hours for overtime

Cons

Out of touch management, lot's of delays in production schedule due to easily avoidable mistakes, low pay for the area, advancement based on politics not skill. They boast that the product comes first but it's all about the EPS of the stock. None of their products matter as long as the stock goes up. We will see this once Advair comes off patent.

Not what it used to be

Pros

Vacation time is good. You will start with about five weeks total between vacation time and personal days at the lowest level.

Cons

High turnover. New hires are in and out. Long time employees are counting the days to retirement. The company used to be a great place to work and valued it's employees. Now it's all about the bottom line. Vacation time has been reduced, health benefits are not as good, many former benefits and policies that employees loved are no longer offered: extended vacation days, summer hours, working from home flexibility, on-site banking.

Pros

Strong vaccine pipeline and market ownership

Cons

Leadership merry go around and over concern with popular promotions instead of the right people
