      Great overall company for learning the Pharma Sales business.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Training is top-notch and ranks at top Pharma companies. Sales training is very good and gives employees new to sales an excellent roadmap to follow. Work life balance is great if you are an efficient worker.

      Cons

      It is very hard to get noticed in a company that is this large. Your are dependent on your manager. Managers are trained to be "Box-checkers" and will grade as such. This is challenging because a true sales person knows that you cannot follow a script exactly every single time which is what a lot of managers require.

      Values Based Approach is admirable Resources, people, training, multiple divisions, opportunities are all there for hard working individuals Evidence Based, Input and opportunity Several new and potentially great products

      leadership for 3 years has been focusing on managing versus leading Too many changes in focus, too many items to focus on

      Pros

      None besides salary and getting exposed to a highly educated workforce that you know will be laid off and disbanded. This could help future entrepreneurial efforts.

      Cons

      Company managed by a junior level executive. No sense of direction for the business, and instead of intelligently growing they are pretty much lining up for a sell off.
