Pros

GTE continues to evolve and provides great benefits, pay and a work environment. Management is sensitive to the employees needs and wants, continually monitoring ways to improve the operation

Cons

Trying to satisfy everyone's needs. Every company try's to meet the clients and employee needs by providing the best service possible, this can sometimes be viewed as a company with problems when in reality it is a company who acknowledges weaknesses and looks for ways to improve.
