The benefits are pretty good, the PTO is nice combines work and sick time, paid holidays ect...

Cons

Pay could be better, The atmosphere of the whole company has changed completely. All of senior management is new within the last few years. You have a constant fear of the possibility of losing your job with very little notice if any at all. The ethics that are being used by senior management is deplorable. Every single department or CFC is short staffed so it can take a long time to get answers to questions you don't know. Also things are changed so quickly you have a hard time keeping up or knowing the correct policies. The computer system is new but the worst most un-userfriendly program I have ever used.

Pros

At the time of my employment the benefits were unmatched nearly any other company I had worked for. They offered a great health plan and a 401K and Pension. A good amount of time off too and never had a problem getting it approved.

Cons

The biggest criticism I have it there was little room for growth at this organziation. If it had not been for the benefits, I would have left much sooner.
