Pros

Great culture. We have fun but we work hard!!! Innovation is welcomed and encouraged. A place that truly has the employees best interest at heart. Fully equipped wellness center and wellness center manager, walking trail, basketball court, galleria with games, what more can I say!

Cons

Every company if you look hard enough will have their faults, GTE is no exception to that. The difference is that you truly do have managers that care and work hard to make a difference. Again with any company you have some that you wander why they are at the company but those are small compared to those who truly make a difference.
