There is a pretty bad lack of communication not only between employees in different departments but with employees on the same team. Training is subpar to non existent.

The employees are great and it is in a nice location right outside of downtown (just don't walk anywhere outside the gates). The building is very nice.

Cons

The management team is very ego-centered. Only their ideas are great and nobody else's, or they take credit for your ideas.
