      Pros

      The best part of working at GTS is the people, everyone is incredibly smart, yet humble. The company culture is really great and the firm values it's employees and it's reflected in many ways. Frequent company outings including bowling, happy hours, go kart racing, among others are always fun.

      Cons

      If you are not used to managing your own time it can be a bit of an adjustment in the beginning otherwise it's a great place to work.

      Pros

      Working with smart and motivated people on interesting projects. Making a visible contribution to a growing business. Excellent health care package, seamless account (free breakfast, lunch and dinner), company events and philanthropy are encouraged. Games room for happy hour and your free time.

      Cons

      It’s a flat structure so everyone is incredibly autonomous, learning how to manage your projects without being micromanaged is tough at first. No dental plan...

      Pros

      The company is small and agile. Developers get to work with the nitty-gritty part of the industry and the technical experience gained is priceless.

      Cons

      Developers are required to handle multiple tasks in parallel and it each person may have multiple managers for different tasks. So each developer is required to manage their time and priorities very well.
