Pros

Very nice office environment. The people (especially the devs) are really talented & always willing to give advice on work and/or personal projects if you're hacking something together at home. Open and mostly collaborative environment. People are always stopping by each other's desks during the day to give or receive insight which is nice. Good comp & growth opportunities. Relatively low turnover. Structure is pretty flat and the partners are receptive to new ideas / investing in cutting edge tech which is different from anywhere I've worked. Feels a lot like a startup but without the financial stability concerns. Otherwise, nice group of people. A lot of them go out / drink together outside the office. Game room and free meals are a nice perk.

Cons

No dental plan... Benefits are pretty competitive but nothing insane. Most people seem to have a good work/life balance, so that probably just depends on your project load. There are a few people who burn the midnight oil pretty regularly, though they're likely the exceptions & not the rule.
